This notice explains what information Ocean Intelligence LLC ("Ocean Intelligence", "we") collects through oceanintel.tech, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, organization, role, organization type, area of interest and your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about it. The form is operated by our customer relationship management provider, and submissions are stored in our CRM.
Information collected automatically
With your consent where the law requires it, the site uses the following tools to understand how it is used and to measure our outreach:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visit and page statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for aggregate heatmaps and session replays, used to improve the site.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) to measure the results of LinkedIn activity and build audiences.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the results of Meta advertising and build audiences.
- Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure the results of search advertising.
These tools may set cookies or similar technologies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location. We do not use them on pages to collect sensitive information.
Your choices
You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time through . Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked unless they accept. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above and those that host and operate the site and our CRM, with professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the business relationship, and analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below.
